Radha Arts (radhaarts.com) is run by Dr. Radha Tyagi. This page explains what information this site collects and how it's used.

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. That's it — this site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts of any kind.

Your information is used only to reply to you and arrange classes. It's never sold, shared, or used for marketing without your consent.

If you reach out via Instagram instead, that conversation is governed by Instagram's own privacy policy, not this one.

This site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify's form-handling service before reaching Dr. Tyagi's inbox directly. Netlify's own privacy policy covers how they handle data in transit.

Refund & cancellation policy

Classes run in monthly cohorts, with fees paid in advance for the month.

• Absences: if you miss a class during the month, we're unable to offer a refund or credit for that session — your fee reserves your seat in the cohort for the full month, regardless of attendance.
• Stopping from next month: if you don't want to continue, simply don't pay for the next month. There's nothing further to notify us of in writing.
• Cancelling mid-month, or any other change: this is discussed directly with Dr. Tyagi in person or by phone, not over Instagram or the contact form — the classes themselves are conducted face to face, and enrolment changes are handled the same way.

If Radha Arts needs to cancel a scheduled class, it will be rescheduled rather than refunded.
